Refund policy
We stand behind our service. If you’re not satisfied with a visit, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right by returning to re-clean the area at no additional cost.
Because we provide a completed service, refunds are not typically issued. However, if a problem cannot be resolved, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled service.
