By using Dooezy’s services, you agree to the following terms:
Service Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and accessible entry to the yard during scheduled service times. This includes unlocked gates and secure pets.
Scheduling & Recurring Service
Services are provided on a recurring schedule (weekly or bi-weekly unless otherwise agreed). We may adjust service days due to weather, holidays, or route efficiency.
Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule at any time with at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled service. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Missed Visits
If we are unable to access the yard due to locked gates, aggressive animals, or unsafe conditions, the visit may still be charged.
Billing
Payments are processed automatically based on your selected service plan. By signing up, you authorize Dooezy to charge your payment method for recurring services.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue.
